What a fantastic experience. We thought we had a handle on prices in the area but Warren said we needed to set our sights a bit higher which we did. Over 4 opens we had about 60 groups through and the offers came fast and high. Our house listed on the internet on the Friday and 5 days later we signed the contracts!!!!!!! We interviewed 3 Agents from different companies in the local area, all very highly regarded and with strong sales history to match—we were given varying different price ranges we could expect, but we had done our homework which is very important, we knew what had sold recently and what price we could realistically hope for.
