Our house listed on the internet on the Friday and 5 days later we signed the contracts!!!!!!! We interviewed 3 Agents from different companies in the local area, all very highly regarded and with strong sales history to match—we were given varying different price ranges we could expect, but we had done our homework which is very important, we knew what had sold recently and what price we could realistically hope for.
